TOTAL at ONS 2012 in Stavanger

Project Overview

2-Expo had the privilege of constructing an exhibition stand for Total, a leading petroleum company, at ONS 2012 in Stavanger. The primary focus of the stand was to effectively showcase Total’s technological advancements and industry leadership.

Key Challenge

The standout feature of the exhibition was a simplified 3D model of an oil platform, crafted from medium-density fiberboard (MDF). This element was designed to offer visitors a tangible and detailed representation of Total’s offshore operations.

Solution and Execution

2-Expo meticulously crafted the exhibition space to incorporate the MDF 3D model, ensuring it was both visually striking and functionally informative. The model was prominently displayed as a central element of the exhibition, complemented by detailed informational panels and interactive touchpoints that provided additional context and insights into the platform’s components and operations.

Outcome

The exhibition stand successfully drew significant attention and praise from attendees and industry experts. The innovative use of the MDF 3D model effectively communicated Total’s expertise and innovation in the petroleum sector. The project demonstrated 2-Expo’s capability to blend physical modeling with design, delivering impactful and memorable exhibition experiences.
