Design & Execution

Working with the Norwegian Promotion Group, we built a booth that:

  • Communicated Aibel’s technical leadership and innovative approach
  • Created an inviting space for conversations and partnerships
  • Featured a ceremonial steel plate—an artifact from Aibel’s Thai facility—conveying global heritage and cultural depth

Challenges & Adaptation

The booth was set up in an ice hockey arena still covering frozen ice beneath plywood. Persistent moisture required a raised, insulated floor. Despite these conditions and tight deadlines, we ensured a stable, visually consistent environment that reflected Aibel’s quality standards.

Immediately after a hockey match, our teams collaborated closely with the Norwegian Promotion Group. We executed a carefully phased setup: installing the insulated floor first, then walls, visual elements, and AV components. Constant quality checks kept everything on track and up to standard.
