ONS is Norway’s premier energy trade fair, now spotlighting renewables alongside oil & gas. This evolving focus aligns with Aibel’s forward-looking stance, making the show an ideal platform to highlight their capabilities in a changing energy landscape.
Design & Execution
Working with the Norwegian Promotion Group, we built a booth that:
- Communicated Aibel’s technical leadership and innovative approach
- Created an inviting space for conversations and partnerships
- Featured a ceremonial steel plate—an artifact from Aibel’s Thai facility—conveying global heritage and cultural depth
Challenges & Adaptation
The booth was set up in an ice hockey arena still covering frozen ice beneath plywood. Persistent moisture required a raised, insulated floor. Despite these conditions and tight deadlines, we ensured a stable, visually consistent environment that reflected Aibel’s quality standards.

Execution
Immediately after a hockey match, our teams collaborated closely with the Norwegian Promotion Group. We executed a carefully phased setup: installing the insulated floor first, then walls, visual elements, and AV components. Constant quality checks kept everything on track and up to standard.
Outcomes
The final stand delivered a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Visitors engaged with Aibel’s story, from cutting-edge engineering solutions to a unique cultural artifact that drew genuine interest. The experience reinforced Aibel’s status as both a technical leader and a thoughtful global player.
