Lerøy at Seafood Barcelona 2024
Project Overview
2-Expo has a longstanding relationship with Aksell AS, exhibit house cooperating with Lerøy for a long time. Lerøy,on the other hand, is a leading seafood processing company, building their booth annually at Seafood Barcelona. For the 2024 event, some significant innovations were introduced by enlarging the double storey structure to accommodate the company’s needs more effectively.
Key Challenge
The primary challenge for the 2024 booth was to significantly enlarge the structure to provide a functional workspace for approximately 200 employees, while still ensuring the proper display and presentation of Lerøy’s seafood products. Additionally, the booth needed to incorporate a fully functional kitchen to serve seafood-based meals to visitors and staff.
Solution and Execution
2-Expo designed a multi-storied booth that maximized space efficiency and functionality. The enlarged structure included dedicated workspaces for Lerøy’s employees, featuring modern office amenities and meeting rooms to facilitate business operations during the event.
An essential element of the stand was the state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped to prepare and serve seafood-based meals. The kitchen was strategically located to attract visitors, offering them a taste of Lerøy’s high-quality products. The design also incorporated ample display areas with refrigeration and presentation units to showcase Lerøy’s seafood products attractively and effectively.
Outcome
The innovative booth design was a resounding success at Seafood Barcelona 2024. Lerøy’s employees benefited from the enhanced workspace, which improved their ability to conduct business during the event. The kitchen became a major attraction, drawing in numerous visitors eager to sample the seafood dishes, thereby enhancing Lerøy’s brand experience. The product displays attracted significant attention, highlighting Lerøy’s offerings to potential clients and partners.
